Trying Something New

For the past 3 days I have tried something new. No eating after dinner! It has been hard, I have replaced my nightly snacks with a cup of tea which seems to help. This is going to be my goal for February 2010. When I track my food I notice that this is the only time of day that I overeat so hopefully this will all translate to some movement on the scale! I’ll keep you posted.
